The Sutton Curling Club located at 15 Fairpark Lane in Sutton is hosting a clothing drive in support of the Kidney Foundation of Canada. They will be happy to accept donations of any clothing, other cloth based items, footwear, purses and sports bags. So clean your closets today and help support the 1 in 10 Canadians living with kidney disease! The Sutton Curling Club is hosting a clothing drive as a fund raiser in support of  The Kidney Foundation.
This will be an ongoing drive but the "Kick off" will be a one-day BLITZ on Saturday September 15, 2018. 10am - 3pm.

Charitable Tax Receipting Program

Sutton Curling Club has decided to participate in a Charitable Tax Receipting Program to raise funds to help with the overdue and badly needed repairs to the ceiling of our curling club.

Curling clubs wishing to raise funds for special projects and have donors receive charitable tax receipts can register their program through the National Sport Trust Fund – Ontario – endorsed by Curl ON and the Ontario Curling Clubs.  All Curl ON affiliated clubs are eligible to apply to this fund.

The fund is administered by SPORT4ONTARIO.

Through the operation of this program NSTF-Ontario (National Sport Trust Fund) is able to issue official tax receipts for all qualifying donations.

A donation made on behalf of the Sutton Curling Club through the National Sport Trust Fund will qualify for a charitable tax receipt issued to you.

What to bring to your first day or night of curling

Clean shoes that remain grippy in the cold; (good clean running shoes), a curling broom, warm clothes (sliders provided by the club).
The Curling Association recommends that young curlers wear helmets; the ice is HARD.
